How do you do the black White on a 360 controler?

On the Xbox 360 controller, there are four buttons on top of the controller. They are placed like this:

|LT|          |RT|

|LB|         |RB|

When playing regular Xbox games on the Xbox 360, you use the LB button instead of the white button, and the RB button instead of the black button.

In Xbox 360 games, the black and white buttons have been removed, and they have been replaced by the LB and RB buttons.
