How do you do the michigan trick?

what are the steps to do it?

ive seen it before but im really clueless as to how i do it

u just have to have good quick hands.  put the blade over the puck and place the puck toward the heal. then pull it in and up as quick as possible. it not easy so have some patients and practice for a while.
