  1. I would suggested searching youtube. There are a few good instructional videos there. Just type "Moonwalk" into your search!

    Good luck!

  2. Stand on a hard, smooth surface with your feet together. You may find it helpful to learn this move just wearing socks on a slippy kitchen floor or something. Step forward on your right foot so it's in front of your left...you're ready to start:

Make sure your right heel is flat to the floor and drag your foot back to meet the left, as goes past the left foot, lift your right heel (keeping your toes on the floor) so your knee is bent. You then need to drag your left foot back, keeping the heel flat to the floor until it has been dragged past the right foot. Lift your left heel, start dragging your right foot again - you're now back at the beginning so keep doing the same thing over and over and you've got it.

The most common mistake is not keeping the foot that is being dragged backward flat on the floor. You may find you want to lift the heel but this isn't done until the very last moment before you change feet!

I do realise it's very difficult to learn from written instructions. There are some instructional videos on youtube that you may find useful.

    Good luck! :-D
