How do you do the "Eskimo Rolling"?

There are several versions of the roll including the sweep roll, C-to-C Roll, back deck roll and others.  In simple terms, you use the paddle to provide a reactionary force while you snap your hips to roll the boat about its longitudinal axis.  The video clips below show a few examples of how it is done.  Not too hard in a warm pool, but reduce the water temperature and add and an upcoming rapid and it can be quite the mental challenge.
