How do you do the top line of the eyeliner>

what kind of liner are u planning on using?

i find liquid much much easier

lean ur elbow on a table or counter when applying liner(it will stop u from shaking)

and starting with the inside of your eye draw a line tht is close to ur eye lashed as possible

it will take a lil practice but trust me it gets easy pretty fast

***u can leave ur eye open or closed when doing it

i find i get a better line when i leave my eye open

im not sure how much this helps u might to see someone actually do it so try asking a friend to show you

it needs getting used to but when I started applying eyeliner, I close one eye and stretch it a bit like doing chinky eyes and draw the line.

I agree with one answr above, liquid eyeliner is easier.

and pencil smudges so yeah

aww it takes some practice, and some getting use to, but once you get the hang of it, you will feel like it is second nature!

so you lift your top eyelid and gently color in the top part of your eyelid, which is right underneath your top eyelashes, it might tickle at first, but you will soon get use to it!

It's really hard but it looks aweome. You just close your eyes and try to get under your eyelashes [they're always in the way] and make the line. There's really no "easy" way to do it.  :)
