How do you do the upload?thing with a sky+ box?put on standbye then hold 2 buttons?

i think you put it on standbye then hold 2 buttons on the box but cant remember which ones.engineer told me when installing but i cant remember

you can't upload anything do you mean record and if you do its the red button with the little "r" in the middle.  We have sky+ but never have been told to upload anything. :)
