  1. Search those words on google images.

  2. Tuck Jumps--

Jump and pull your knees to your chest (or as high as you can) Land straight

    Squat Jumps--

Squat down, Touch the floor, then jump as high as you can, land in a squad

    Burpees (possibly the worst thing)--

stand straight, squat down, jump your legs out, so that your in a pushup position, bring your legs back in to a squat, jump up.

    Cone Jumps (side to side)

Jump over a cone, starting on one side and jump to the other then back

    Cone Jumps, forward and back

Just like the others, but jump forward and back

    Bounding

Taking long running like strides, but jumping to get farther. You look sort of like a running deer

    High Knee Skips

Skip, and thrust your knee up as high as you can

    Butt kicker

just what it sounds like, run 60 feet, kicking your butt the whole time

    Grapevine (aka Karaoke)

Sounds more complicated that it is-

stand facing left sideways (not forward)cross left foot in front of right foot, step with your right, left in back, right step, left in front etc.

    (for 60 feet)

    Lunges

take a big step, and lower yourself slowly until your back knee taps the  floor. then other leg. for 60 feet

    Have fun ;)

  3. milknpie,

these exercises are called plyometric exercises. they help to build leg muscles (hamstring, quads, calf, ankle muscles, groin, ect) so that we volleyballers can jump higher and squat down longer. you need to know how to do these exercises properly so that they can build up your strenght. get help from a trainer for starters.

  4. im in volleyball and i do the high knesss.....which is where you kinda jog foward but with every step u take you brings ur knees up as high as you can

butt-kicker...again you kinda jog but with every step bring ur foot up so that it touches ur butt with every steo you take

lunges...i hate these......you step as far foward with one leg...then you scretch foward so that ur other knee touches the ground..then u do the same thing but with the opposite leg

for lunges it is easiest if you use knee pads
