How do you do this font with Photoshop 7.0?

This was done with Jsac.. But I'm using Photoshop :(

That's a patterned text. Simply go into your Layers Menu, right-click the text layer (the one depicted with a black "T"), "Blending Options" and then go to "Texture" and select the pattern you wish to place on it.
