How do you do skin and eyes like these in elements?

All of these are basically adding more light, smoothing the skin, changing the eye color, and removing blemishes from the photo.

The main tools you may want to use are:

- Healing Brush

- levels

- hue/saturation (ctrl + u)

- dodge tool

- burn tool

- blur

You pretty much can take advantage of all of your tools that you might need.
