that is so easy. eyeliner around the eye..black..but only on the lash line and lots of mascara on the top and bottom lashes.

Pluck nearly all of your eyebrows out until you have the skinniest line possible then when you think you have enough eyeliner, just keep going for another 6 or 7 minutes.

All it is is black black eyeliner and mascara.

ALOT of it.

You can also use dark eyeshadows to give a 'smokey' look if that`s really what you are after.

Your not looking past the actual picture haha.

its totally simple, just apply fine black eyleiner around you entire eye, and apply mascara to top and bottom lashes, and didnt look like she had much on her face maybe  a powder foundation, or tinted moisturizer

just use black eyeliner and apply it to you eye area that is all you dont need a video for that you can do it
