like to the picture's coloring. can you do it on photobucket? or anything free??

I don't know what kind of controls are available to you, but you have to mess with both the saturation of the color, and the hue (often called tint in photoshop). The first one is adjusted greener, the second is warmer, or closer to yellow and red.

These look like film photographs that were shot with slide film and cross-processed in film negative chemistry, causing the color shifts.

You can definitely do this with Photoshop where you can balance individual colors, manipulate contrast, saturation etc... endless possibilities
