Maybe not with shoes, but I mean, make some things black and white, and some things colorful... Thx A Bunch!!!

to show color of items, open image, duplicate layer, desaturate second layer,erase item  on b&w layer

to make new color on b&w , open image, desaturate, create new layer, paint, color over item, adjust layer mode overlay and transparency,

with photofiltre, open color image, select object with lasso tool, invert selection, desaturate,

or open image , make b&w grayscale, then use gradient  or paste into plugins on selection with new color,

You will need a photo editing program like photoshop

There a few things you can do about it,

the first thing is getting a gray scale photo or converting a colorful photo to gray scale then on a new layer, which is top of the main photo, you can re color the parts you wanted with the colors as you wish, by changing the opacity values or playing around the layer options (e.x: multiply, screen, color... etc. ) you can get the effect you want.

Or another way you get both colorful and gray scale version of your photo, then you put the gray scale one's layer to the top and colorful one's layer under and you erase the parts you want it to be colorful or if you wish you can use a layer mask if you don't like erasing so you wouldn't harm the pic and undo easier.
