  1. It's cross processed. You can do it with film (I'm not sure how..I shoot digital) or you can do it with programs like Photoshop. Also it looks like they bumped up the saturation a little bit.

  3. Just as an addition: you can also use The Gimp for the suggested solution with the color curves.

If you don't feel comfortable with color curves at all there is a shareware called PhotoPerfect allowing you to easily achieve the desired effect.

Simply load the picture into PhotoPerfect, select "Image->Color Type->Color Balance" from the main menu. Check the "Fix Brightness" checkbox. Increase red and green and decrease the value for blue a bit with the sliders. Click "Execute" and you're done.

    Cheers,

    Chris

  4. You can use Google's Picasa tool and the Saturation slider in the Effects tab.

its either this person got lucky, they have an amazing SLR camera with an option like that, or they edited it using photoshop or some other expensive program

  8. Looks like someone accidentally clicked the shutter button?

I'm sure that is not the answer you were looking for, but you'd need to explain more of what you mean.

  9. this looks like something an old 110 would take with bad film in it or the picture just looks aged
