How do you do this/what products will I need??

Hiee! How would i get eyeliner like this..?? Likee what products and brushes etc. would i need..?

My first instinct will tell you to use a liquid eyeliner, but since you said that you're not really great at makeup, I will offer the next best suggestion...

Take a black eyeliner pencil. It can be any brand as long as it is one of those that can be sharpened (wood barrel). Turn on your blow dryer on hot/low setting and hold the eyeliner about 6-8 inches away from the blow dryer for about 5 seconds. If you feel like the eyeliner is drying up, repeat the process until you're satisfied with the results.

I know it sounds crazy but it actually works. This is a great alternative for those that want the liquid eyeliner look and want something a bit more stabilized.

You would have to get liquid eyeliner. As for how you do it, you just sweep the color into the shape like hte picture. It isn't that hard, you can experiment. You don't need brushes of you get liquid eyeliner.
