how do you do three way calling with a regular home phone?

you just tell the person your on the phone with to hold on, you push the "flash" button to click over to a dial tone, dial the other number, when they pick up you can speak privately with them until your ready to join them with the other person on hold, just hit flash again to join all 3 of you together.

If your phone doesn't have a "flash" button just hit the hung up switch  where the base hangs up at.

You call someone, or they call you, then you click over with your flash button ( or the hang up button if you don't have a flash button) then you call the other person and click back when it starts to ring. Then you should have both parties on the phone.
