  1. The Dj should be the one announcing everything, though it should be done in the same order everyone went down the aisle starting with Brides grandparent, Grooms GP, Brides Parents, Grooms, Attendants, Maid of Honor and Best Man, Flower Girl and Ring Bearer, then Bride and Groom.  The best time to do all of this is when the bridal party first gets there when they are entering the room.

  2. You start with the bride's and groom's grandparents (if applicable), they are recognized at the table they are sitting at.  The parents of each are then introduced as they walk into the reception hall, then the flower girl and ring bearer, next the ushers, after that the couples, in the order they walked into the church (bridesmaid/groomsman), the maid of honor and best man come in together and then you ask everyone to rise as you introduce the bride and groom ("For the first time anywhere, Mr & Mrs ______".  They walk in and go to their table.  That's it, no need to intro as they are sitting.

  3. Intoducte them as they walked in. Lets get the party started for the bridal party!
