How do you do your make up to make it look just right?

I have fair skin & blue eyes also.  The key is to make it look like your not wearing makeup.  Browns & neutral colors with make your blue eyes stand out.  I also use dark brown eyeliner & mascara, rather than black for a more natural look.  Go light on you skin if you can, use either foundation or powder, but not both to avoid a caky face.  Also, I've found that for blush the peachy colors look more natural on my fair skin.  If you wear a lot of make up on your eyes, wear a neutral lip and vice versa.  If you want red lips one day, go easy on the eye make up.

you know what they say, "practice makes perfect." i've been doing make up for over 25 years, and i've finally mastered the art. i can now finally put eyeliner on...the secret is to hold your hand completely still with the eyeliner in hand, and then just move your head in a left-to-right motion. it will just glide on like THAT! i would recommend (knowing your eye color and skin tone..) using dark foundation(the darkest you can find. i would recommend jane...). all the stars are doing it! during the winter, it makes you look fabulously tan! don't blend it in too well. the splotchiness is attractive...but don't get me wrong! too much splotchiness is nasty. sponge-applicate it. that will give you the look you'll REALLY want!
