How do you douche an elephant?

I am the zookeeper at the Gdansk Metropolitan Zoo. One of our elephants has developed a serious case of bacterial vaginosis. The odor in the pachyderm exhibit is so foul that several visitors have passed out. Does anyone know the procedure for giving an elephant a douche?
