How do you download a movie and burn it to a CD?

Any help please? I want to burn a movie so me and my family could watch.

go to a site that has down loadable movies, which you can most likely find on google and then you can just use nero or roxio to burn them and even windows media center

If it is a movie, I think you need burn it to a DVD but not a CD.
