How do you download flashplayer on ipod touch!?

im trying to watch videos online with my ipod touch and it says i need a flashplayer, and when i press download it says 'sorry we cannot download this file'. answers fast plz!! xoxoxoxox

    they arent compatible with flash player yet =0
