How do you download music onto a Ipod Nano?

I installed I-Tunes and I don't know how to download the music or pics on to it. Help?

Music:

Plug your iPod in.

Go to your iTunes library and find the song that you want to upload onto your iPod.

Next, Click and hold onto the selected song.

Drag it to the icon of your iPod under DEVICES

It will sync and you will have the song.

Pics:

Click on the icon of your iPod.

Go under the PICTURES tab.

They will be a list of your pictures saved on your computer.

All you have to do is check of the box that says along the lines of "Sync Selected Pitures".
