How do you download pictures on Kodak?

I used to be able to! But now...when I plug in the USB there used to be a little popup thing, now theres not? I went to " Add pictures" and I dont know what to click on :|

So how can I put pictures on my Kodak thing? ( I have a Kodak Easy Share Camera)

Turn to camera on after you hook it up to your computer and wait for the camera options to pop up?
