if you have an aftermarket memory stick. you need to create folders.

VIDEO

PHOTOS.

after you create them now you can copy your music in the folder "music" videos in to "videos" photos in to "photos".

Connect your PSP thru USB or Card reader. For music, put the mp3 files in the MUSIC folder in your memory stick, and for the Photos they go in the PICTURE folder

you can download songs ,pictures videos etc from the computer.you must have a USB cable for this.you can buy it from electronic shops etc.attach the USB cable to your psp and then go to settings and come down to USB in your psp.then it will show USB mode in your psp. make sure that your computer is xp or vista .after attaching the USB  cable to your psp go to computer and select removeable drive or disk G.open it then there will be a folder called psp.if there is no folder create one called PSP then open it make a folder called MUSIC .in this folder you can copy music in this folder.another called PICTURES you can copy your photos in it.another one called VIDEO.in this folder you can copy your videos in this folder.before copying your videos in VIDEOS folder, you have to convert your videos using a psp video converter or else it will show currupted data in psp in videos
