In summary...

Connect your Blackberry to your desktop, and open up the Blackberry Desktop Manager.  

Open Appplication loader, then Add.

Find the themes file on your desktop ("Themes.alx") and click OK.

After it's fnished installing, go to Options > Theme and select the new theme.

Note the IMPORTANT warning at the site about making sure the theme is compatible with your type of device and your operating system version. You don't want to kill your phone!
