How do you download themes to your PSP?

PLEASE help me! i want a naruto theme sooooo bad! :D thx!

i think you need to have over system 3.90. if you do search psp themes on the internet. download which one you want copy it in a file called theme.

go to internet and look for the picture you want

Find the image you want put the mouse on it hit triangle and look for where it says save image after that go to pictures and look for and press triangle again and look for the option "set as wallpaper"
