How do you download video clips to your mp4????

I have a Philips mp4 4gb(go gear). I really like it. However I cant download videos... How do you download it into your mp4. I want to download a video clip from youtube and put it in my mp4. Even if it is not from youtube how do you download video..I really would like it if it is from yoututbe though... Thanks for helping...

first: you should download the videos from youtube.

second: convert the videos to mp4.
