How do you download videos onto a PSP?

I created a files for my PSP called "VIDEO" and I downloaded a MP4 video on Limewire. Once the dowload was complete, I transfered the video to my VIDEO file. I went to check if it was there and all it said was, " There are no videos. You can import content from a PS3 system or a PC. For details, refer to the instructions for the PSP system." Please help me!!!

Is the VIDEO folder on the root of the mem card or in the PSP folder?

Needs to be placed in x:/VIDEO

And it should work.

Or it may say its corrupt/incompatible, which means its probably a PS3, or iPod MP4 file. Hopefully it isn't though :)
