How do you draw Mello from Death Note???

I've been trying for ages but i need some kind of tutorial, this question is for all drawers of fan art, PLZ PLZ PLZ help meeeee!!!!

I draw Mello By first getting a clear picture of his face( I can only draw faces! I'm c**p at bodies! XD) Then I draw his mouth..then his nose..then his eyes! Then the width of his eyes 2 times is where the hair will stop at the sides Width wise and Then the length of the eyes 2 times is where the hair will stop length wise! If you want I'll draw you a Mello tourtorial or even just Mello I'm ShuichiShindou31st on Deviantart! :)
