How do you draw smoke from a cigar without inhaling it?

I can't see how you could possibly smoke something without inhaling the smoke...

You can smoke a cigar without inhaling...........you cut off the back of your throat, so that the smoke does not enter into your lungs, my husband is a non-smoker and does this all the time

you suck on it and when the smoke enters your mouth you dont suck it down your throat you just  blow it back out.
