How do you drink gatorade without it spilling?

gatorade has such big drinking holes, i always spill and stain my clothes when i drink it! any tips?

Drink it from the 20 ounce  sports bottle

I will give you my secret. I take off that plastic ring that disconnects once you open the lid. When you drink with that ring on it, it sort of retains the juice. I know you probably think its weird but it totally works for me.

put it in a glass or water bottle that has a smaller hole or a straw

put your mouth over the entire drinking hole.  it may be nasty, but you won't spill it.

drink the gatorade that has the twist top drinker thing on it

plastic lunch bag with a rubber band around the neck.  If you angle it right, you can cut off one tip and make and emergency nipple.

or dont cover your entire mouth on the drinking hole.

get the ones it the squeeze bottles or cut some of the cap off  an  the squeeze caps will fit on some of the other bottles so save them  to use //or stand on you head when you drink it so it goes up your nose  wate down your nose when you spill it instead of on you clothes
