You need to have a supplier or manufacturer who will then ship goods which you have advertised and sold to your customers. You list some pairs of jeans on eBay, people buy your jeans and pay you, you then tell the supplier/manufacturer to ship the jeans each customer won to the addresses they've supplied you. That's basically drop-shipping.

Essentially, you also need to find a company who will bill you less for each pair they send to your customer than you would make from that customer - otherwise you haven't made any profit.
