well if you have a yahoo account, you click on your connect to internet icon on your comp (it depends on what you use to connect if you have a connection you can just click on the internet explorer icon) once there type in mail.yahoo.com (or hotmail.com etc depending on where your account is) once there, log in. when you have logged in click on the compose (or write mail or whatever variation) button on your screen (with yahoo its on the top left hand corner) type the email address of who you are sending it to in the To (or Recipient) section then type a title for the letter in the Subject section and in the giant white section type the letter. at the end click send. if you want to attach a file (send them a file that is on your computer) click attach and a new window will appear then click browse and it will show you your files click or search for the one you wish to send them and click OK or attach and it will take you back to the message (if it doesnt immediately a link that says something like return to message will appear, click on that) once you are done with that you can press send.

If you are asking, "How do you e-mail another Yahoo Answers user"  The answer is to click on their name or avatar on any one of their postings.  You will be taken to their profile, where, if the user agreed to let other users contact them.  You can click on the link to the right of their profile info where it says "e-mail".  The link will read "Contact _________"  where the blank is the user name.   If this info isn't present, the user has chosen to not be contacted by other Answers users.

If you were asking in general how to send an email refer to the first responder who said click on Yahoo Mail, then click the compose button, enter the recipients email address, the subject of the email, then type your message.  Afterward click the "Send" button to send them your message.
