A man a Vietnam veteran had lost his p***s in combat.  Dr attached an elephant trunk.  He was new and good to go.  s*x was great and wife was very ,very very happy.  

Every time, they eat, this trunk would come up ; steal some pieces of food from his plate and disappears under the table.  Husband says in frustration: That's it.  Tomorrow I'm going to the doctor and ask them to remove it.  Wife stated: oh no why?

He replied: you would too.  How would  you like it when every time, the trunk picks up the food and stick it in your @ss.
