How do you edit a picture like this in photoshop?

I asked the girl, she said she edited them in photoshop, but she didnt tell me how.

okaay.. so here's how i think you do it.

1. take a picture of yourself. play around with the coloring and stuff to get it to the right effect

2. print the picture out (using your printer OR going to someplace where they develop photos)

3. put the photo in a scanner

4. on top of the photo, (before you scan it) cut out pieces of paper in rectangles with words on them

5. arrange them on top of the photo

6. SCAN and upload on your computer for retouching :D
