I Think u got to color effects, if you have that on your computer.

i think thats a vintage effect? google tutorials on that. if you have photoshop, great! and if you dont, just download gimp for free and its almost the same thing.

They probably used a combination of plugins for photoshop.  I would use Xero Nostalgia and Alien Skin Color Film with the agfa optima setting.  It might take a little bit of tinkering to get it just right.
