How do you edit a *.pps file or convert it to *.ppt & vice versa?

If you have a mac, and the documents are in the desktop, all you have to do is change the endings right there, and it'll ask you if you want to convert and you hit yes! or you can export the file and change the format that way. usually export is under file/edit

Just change the file extension.  Select the file->Press F2->Rename the file extension.

To show the file extensions, Tools->Folder options->view->(uncheck)Hide extensions for known file types.
