How do you edit group settings to allow all members to see a member list??

even if members can view this, they will not see the full addresses except for their own

management- under group settings click web tools- web tools (edit) <-- click the edit- scroll to members list and select moderators- click save changes

I believe only owners and moderators have access to the full membership list.
