How do you edit pictures like this?

i'vee seen a lot of people edit their pictures like this.

i have photoshop cs3 so i have all the stuff to do it.. but i don't know how?

like to make this specific look.

Looks like they adjusted the brightness/contrast and maybe the color balance or saturation. As for the eyes, pretty sure that is makeup, but you could try to add shading with the airbrush tool.

for the eyes try selecting just the eye and applying the dark strokes or ink outline (i think) filters, or mess around with the filters and some shading.

well usually when you have myspace people on there can help you out with whats called tutorials. just go on layout pages or code pages.

but its very hard to find people who make tutorials on myspace. its really simple to do when you learn how to, so im sorry but this is all i could say..

or you could go on google and search photoshop tutorials.

but if you want to edit the picture you have to edit the lighting to make it either lighter or darker, the picture looks like its 'sepia', which means the picture looks like a bright sun color..
