I love photobucket.com and its editor. After you're done editing the image there will be links that you can copy and paste.

GET THE CODE:

Every picture on web has its own Url Address. To get the Url, Right click on the picture, Go down to "Properties" and click on it, Copy the "Location" and paste it.

save the pictue to your computer.

go to www.picnik.com

upload the picture

do crazy awesome editing stuff to it

dont forget to save it when your done.  

then go to www.tinypic.com

open the edited picture

and then copy the code.

You can right click on the photo, save to your Windows desktop, right click again and select Edit.  Windows only offers a very generic edit ability.  Save the edited version and you can upload it to whatever photo storage site you want.

Otherwise, you can go to Best Buy and purchase some software like Photoshop.
