How do you edit pictures...?

So that you can change eye color && stuff like that?

The easiest way is with Paint which is included free with the computer. Next you can try Picassa from Google which is also free. There are other free editing programs your can find all the way up to Gimp which is overkill and requires lots of experience.

the best way is photoshop. it is very expensive but they have free 30-day downloads that you could try. it takes some practice and some messing around before you get the effect you want. look for photoshop tutorials and those should help. good luck. :)
