like the blurred, i dont have photoshop, i have photofiltre..

can you do this with photofiltre?

That is something that is free, and similar to Photoshop.

Just open the photo, once you've downloaded it, click on Effects, then Blurs, then Gaussian blur, or whichever one you want.
