How do you efficiently ventilate an older apt with no a/c?

my husband keeps telling me to partially open the blinds and slightly crack open the windows during the day. I don't think it works well. Any other tips?

open all doors within the apartment. If you have a room with a Celine fan put that on. Also have a window fan blowing IN and have another blowing out. This way you have a ventilated area.

Save energy and money by using ceiling fans and turning off the air conditioning or by turning up the A/C’s temperature a few degrees and letting the fan do the rest.
