  12. theres a difference between a letter with bad news and a mean letter.

    mean letter dont write anything

bad news = thank you for your understanding (even if they dont!)

  13. You could use

    Sorry,

    Thanks for you're time,

    Hope you understand,

    Sincerely,

    or just sign you're name.

  14. Well usually you can just not even have it signed anything. Just put your full name at the end. You could put "Your Landlord," or "Your Former Roommate" or you can put "Your doctor," or "Your friend" for certain things. But if you every want to just end a mean letter that shows how you feel about that person or their ideals, just sign your name.

  15. I am truly sorry, we have to let you go.

All the best and good luck in your next job

    regards

  26. Thank you for your time,

  27. Take care and God bless you and yours.

  28. Best wishes, best of luck in the future, sincere apologies

  29. Here is an example.

    Frosty:

I must tell you that I had a lot of fun last night. However, I have been tested positive for yellow snow disease, and I think you should get checked out.

I am sorry to have to be the bearer of this bad news.

    - Suzy Snowflake.

    There you go! =]

  30. you don't always need an ending salutation.  you could just sign the name.  being blunt can show an attitude to correspond with the "mean" letter.

  31. Why not just sign it? Some sort of closer doesn't really seem very appropriate.
