How do you end your contract with Gold's Gym?

My husband has a gym membership there and was also paying for a personal trainer. Both contracts are up but they keep charging him for it. He contacted the gym but they don't know anything. Its weird.

Well if his contract is up, they shouldn't keep charging.  However, if his contract isn't up, I hear the fee to end your contract usually is about $100.

If the local Gold's doesn't know what to do, why not try the national office?

dispute the charges on your credit card,,, they will have to show proof that you are responsible for the charges... if all else fails then you could get a new credit card. i would also try getting a hold of Gold's Gym corporate... You may also be charged after the fact instead of prepay... you may be getting charged for June 20th through July 20th service and just not getting charged today
