How do you ensure you meet your individual or team targets?

You can only ensure to meet the targets everytime if they are

undervalued.

Do your very best to ensure your individual target:

Sales increase with your customers, looking for new customers and/or markets, productmix with better prices,

productmix with better profit margins and so on.

Team targets are the sum of individual targets.

To become better you have to reduce the staff first to the

best staff members.

After a while if you need more staff for new tasks or if the staff members ask for help hire one of the best from the

market.

Do it step by step only one not more because it needs time to implement new members to a team.
