How do you enter a "Disney Search"?

I heard Demi Lovato entered one, and thats how she got to where she is today. I want to be famous more then anything, and any audtions you could supply me with would mean the world!

Disney actually does have some open casting calls that they post on their website.

You can check out disneychannel.com/talentsearch for their ongoing casting call.

Also Demi Lovato had an agent in Texas who got her on As the Bell Rings potentially starting off her career. As for how she got her part in Camp Rock...I'm not sure if that was an open casting call, but her agent probably gave her the information for it.

Some people are for http://actinginfo.blogspot.com/ and some people are against it. The guy in charge of it sometimes posts the wrong casting director info, so I would make sure that you check on that.

most of what I've see says something about getting an agent, which sounds right to me, most "stars" get there start by either being in the right place at the right time, knowing someone who knows someone, or they have an agent. Its rare that overnight stardom happens. Good luck though, and don't give up if its what you really want, Google is a great tool for finding things like auditions in your area, just type what you're looking for, you'd be surprised what will come up. I'm actually surprised that people don't find most of the things they are looking for on yahoo answers on Google, thats where most of the answers to questions are coming from. take care and I really widh you the best, follow your dream!!
