How do you erase history on your computer???

My friend wants to know how because she isn't suposed to be on myspace. Can you maybe help us out??

start>settings>control panel>internet options>clear history

the easiest way to do this on internet explorer is to go to tools on the top rightish area of your internet explorer box and right at the top is delete browsing history. well at least if ur settings or whatever are the same as mine, which i think most are
