Try some rubbing alcohol!

Regular old rubbing alcohol will most likely work.  We  used it for a lot of ink stains at the nursing home where I was working.  Hold it on the stain with a cotton ball and it kind of lifts the ink up.

Avon's Skin-So-Soft Bath Oil will do the trick.

This will sound weird, but my teenage daughters spray Lysol Spray on marker stains on plastic or vinyl & while it is still wet, you can remove it with a tissue. They do this to also get ink pen marking off of vinyl purses and wallets.

Acetone!

or nail polish remover which contains acetone...This will work on any surface! Although you should probably keep it away from clothes or anything "nice" (aka..use on garage stuff)
