How do you erase website history in your address drop down box?

Question

You know when you typing in a website in the drop down menu in the address box appear how do you deleate websites that appear in that box.

Isn't there a search assist at the bottom of the little screen?  Beside it there is a word disable, click on it and you should be ready to go.

Go to tools at the top of the page and then click on Internet Options. Then click on "clear history" and they will be removed.

or you can click ctrl+H and delete it.

if u have internet explorer go to: Tools: Delete Browsing History or if u have Mozilla Firefox go to: Tools: Clear Private Data and i dont know about AOL

For Internet explorer go to Tools > Internet Options, then it should be in there to delete your history.

It should also be similiar for Firefox but i cant remember right now

If you're using Firefox as an internet browser, go to the tools menu, drop down to options. Click on privacy, and click on the button that says 'erase history'.

In Internet Explorer, go to the Tools menu, then Internet Options, hit the General tap, and click the button that says "Clear history"

Right click on the Internet icon and click on properties, you want to click on buttons (Delete cookies) and (Delete Files) .....Clear the history by changes the pages in the history to 0.!
