  1. Meditation

  2. Dont' escape. Turn poison to medicine. I have done it many times.

  3. learn to play guitar, get a quite focused hoby. embrace this period in your life now, afterwards life will be even sweeter than before.    without sacrifice we would have nothing

  4. I don't escape from it. I accept it, fix what I can, and work with what's left.

Running away doesn't help. You need to deal with terrible things eventually. Instead of putting it off, accept it right away.

  5. booze...cigarrettes. dont become an alcoholic though. Eventually face your realtiy.. and manipulate it, untill you like it and can bare to live in it

  6. Read alot of books

  7. It is called, 'Disassociation of Reality'.

That is where you imagine a 3rd person, and that 3rd person Screams from the Pain, Cries from the Trauma or Lies on the floor and hits the carpet with Frustration.

That 3rd Person does everything, in relation to the reality you are finding unbearable.

Yet you remain cool, calm and collected.

It takes a long time, to do it and it has meant. Undergoing some  rather serious situations.

    BUT IT CAN, BE DONE.

  8. Take a break.. go on a holiday

  9. I know it's none of my business, but maybe you shouldn't. As long as you're breathing and alive, why not strive to change your circumstances or do the best with what you can, or at least go down trying.

Everybody has crappy times, but isn't it kind of a big f***-you to every child who has ever died and deserved a longer shot at life when you're saying you'd rather just check out because it's too hard to handle?

You're alive, and as long as you are, you have a lot more power than you might think you do!

  10. I write fiction.  sometimes lots of it.

  11. definitely talk to someone you trust.

    write..

get away for a long time..

dont resort to anything that you'll regret.
